2. Data processed and purpose
The data controller processes the following information:
- name
- phone number
- town where the property is located
- property details and message voluntarily provided by the enquirer
- technical data associated with submitting the form or email
The purpose is to identify and contact the enquirer, arrange the details and timing of the free in-person market valuation, and respond to the enquiry.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is the enquirer's voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the data controller by email or phone. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
4. Retention period
If an enquiry does not lead to a contractual relationship, the data is processed until the contact purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, but no longer than six months from the enquiry; it is then deleted.
If a contractual relationship is subsequently formed, a separate notice may govern further processing related to that relationship.
5. Recipients and website operation
Information entered in the website form is forwarded to k.monika@dh.hu by FormSubmit (Devro LABS). The landing page does not store form submissions in its own database, and enquiries are not automatically added to the Duna House CRM.
According to FormSubmit's documentation, it retains submissions for 30 days. Its privacy notice is available at formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. The data controller and providers necessary for email, web hosting, form forwarding and IT infrastructure may access the data only as needed to provide those services.
The website operator currently does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies, Meta Pixel or other tracking code. Hosting and network providers may process technical logs to keep the service secure.
6. Your rights
You may request:
- access to your personal data
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion or restriction of processing
- data portability where the legal requirements are met
The data controller will respond without undue delay, generally within one month. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
7. Complaints and remedies
You may first contact the data controller using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or bring a matter before a court.
